Aerotek Professional Services Location: Newton Upper Falls, MA 02464 Salary: 16.00 - 18.00 USD /hour Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Client Services Representative  Job Description: Currently seeking qualified candidates to perform responsibilities as a Client Services Representative for a fast paced Medical Research and Development Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Provide coverage of the front desk. o Answer the company’s main telephone line and transfer calls accordingly. o Provide verbal diagnoses over the phone, when requested. o Obtain sufficient case information from clients before transferring calls to the pathologists. o Fulfill client requests for faxed reports. o Help coordinate client requests for STAT courier pickups. o Work in conjunction with the CS Specialist to organize reports and supplies for the couriers. o Generate duplicate copies of patient reports and prepare mailings to the patient’s PCP. o Monitor and sign for all deliveries. o Prepare packages for mailing and shipping. o Greet visitors and enforce the guest registration policy. o Generate courier route sheets each day, and include all special requests and instructions from clients. o Track the arrival and departure of each courier.- Process slide send-out requests. - Process slide returns. - Complete corrected report requests. - Fulfill client special requests. - Assemble marketing folders and trade show packets. - Prepare for client events hosted at the office. - Work with the lab staff to gather the necessary data when a discrepancy is discovered. - Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.Required Skills: MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIIVE, ANSWER PHONES, FRONT DESK PHONE, FRONT DESK/ADMINISTRATIVE, MAILING SERVICESJoin Aerotek Professional Services.
