CRM Support Analyst

The company's focus is on home care, hospital, respiratory drug delivery and international markets providing programs that manage sleep disordered breathing, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, infant care, congestive heart failure and restrictive lung disorders. Globally positioned has manufacturing facilities in several domestic and international markets. We have an immediate opportunity in our Pittsburgh, PA territory for:CRM Support AnalystResponsibilities: Perform system configuration, integration/migration, reporting and will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft CRM and Scribe workbench and how they are configured and integrated with third-party software. Ensure system is configured and maintained to support company business practices. Test various business process scenarios to ensure software replicates desired outcomes. Work closely with business process owners across sales and marketing organizations to maximize effectiveness of software applications. Lead or participate in project efforts related to people, process or system improvements, expansion, and integration across the sales, marketing or inside sales organizations, globally focused on all business unit customers. Serve as business process consultant for the Shared Services Organization. Responsible for delivery consultative solutions and delivering on project initiatives within the Information Technology Services organization. Provide input on securing and coordinating the necessary internal and external resources to execute the CRM projects. Ensure the proper discussion and completion of all feasibility study and other required cost benefit analyses to substantiate impact of change.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or information systems required; Unique combinations of education and experience may be substituted if they provide the essential skill sets for the position. PMI certification welcomed. 2 - 5 years working with CRM system(s) and reporting tools. Experience in capturing and documenting business requirements and have a track record for managing projects effectively in a regulated environment (Sarbanes Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, ISO). Microsoft CRM 4.0, SQL Reporting Services, Scribe, Java Script and .NET skills highly desired. Experience with SAP business processes such as customer/product master data, BW, Portal a plus. SAP R/3 experience a plus (i.e. CRM, 4.7 and higher). Demonstrated significant project, people, process and system management skills. demonstrated ability to manage customer demand, expectations and exceptional service delivery. Ability to deal with multiple tasks and complex projects. An action/problem solving orientation. Interpersonal and influencing skills (across the organizational levels).
