Our worldclass client is a leader in the manufacture of precision micro-machined components for the medical industry. They are experiencing rapid and consistent growth at their new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located near Quakertown, PA. With sales projections increasing annually over the next 5 years, it has become necessary to immediately expand their technical workforce.

To accomplish this goal we are currently evaluating potential candidates for a 1st shift assignment where many of the critical changeovers occur. We are in need of a skilled top-level CNC MACHINIST with 5-AXIS MILLING MACHINE (Haas and/or Matsuura) set-up and program troubleshooting skills at the upper level of the trade. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience running modern CNC equipment, possess a strong mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and be able to understand the trade including shop math, blueprint reading, and tool geometry. A complete understanding of CNC micro-machining with strong set-up skills  will get our immediate attention!
