BUSINESS ANALYST


Gambro is looking for a Business Analyst to provide financial reporting and analysis support for the Business Controller and Business Line Management. This individual will be primarily responsible for working with our sales systems and accounting systems to generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and analysis.



RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly sales metric reporting and trend analysis. Reporting of and analysis of budget to actual variances in sales, gross profit and SG&A areas.Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to Business Controller and Business Line managementCalculate monthly sales commission for U.S. and Canadian sales teams. Maintain territory structure and realigns in database. Generate based on existing sales and market potential.Routinely update Information Systems to automate and reformat internal and sales field reports and CRM tools.Assist with Quarterly strategic planning and budget process, providing sales data and other information



REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance 3+ years relevant experienceStrong understanding of financial principals and development of financial reports.Ability to work with diverse team to facilitate proper reporting.Knowledge of sales and marketing theory, strategy and practice.Proficiency and aptitude in the use of relational databases and tools such as query generators, report writers, statistical/mathematical models.Sound understanding of business issues and applying computer system solutions to meet those business needs.Proficient/Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical skills.
