Assistant Marketing Manager

Globally positioned has manufacturing facilities in several domestic and international markets. We have an immediate opportunity in our Pittsburgh, PA area territory for:Assistant Marketing ManagerResponsibilities: Assist Marketing Management with US marketing initiatives for Home Respiratory Care and will participate in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, promotions, and programs to achieve financial targets Assist in the Tradeshow planning by working with Marketing Communication to develop messaging, graphics strategy, and show/event communications plan Coordinate with Marketing teams to assist in the preparation for new product launches Assist in or lead Sales training with effective and creative implementation Team with Global Product Managers to identify market opportunities Work with the marketing group to ensure appropriate prioritization and efficient workflow of downstream marketing initiatives Assist in the development of value added programs and tools for customers, sales associates and physicians Participate in focus groups and customer meetings Assist in developing promotions strategy for Home Respiratory Care to target independent customers, National Accounts, and/or purchasing organizationsRequirements: BS Degree in marketing/business required. Masters degree in related field, preferred. 3 years of marketing experience or related field with exposure to sales, product management or related field. Experience and knowledge of healthcare industry with medical device or business to business services highly desirable. 3 years sales experience with medical devices or pharma products preferred. Demonstrated success in marketing activities with strong market insight and foresight abilities relating to development and implementation of programs and processes that impact business results.
