Aggressively Growing Company Needs Head of Operations!!!

We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented Head of Operations to fill a need within our client company!!

Our client is an aggressively growing medical device manufacturer with a passion for advancing patient care.  As such, they are seeking an operations leader who has an equal amount of drive and passion for the business and the customers.

The Head of Operations role is a liaison role, interfacing with all levels within the organization (to include executives), as well as with outside manufacturers, external customers and vendors.  This is a key position within the company, requiring a ready and capable contributor to the development, growth and success of the organization. 

Key responsibilities of this position include:

*  Company operations including IT, customer service and project management for product launches
*  Management of customer service and IT departments by aligning customer services with support operations
*  Development of processes which optimize internal workings and interactions of these groups with outside customers and manufacturers
*  Project management on new product releases to ensure cohesive development, manufacturing, marketing and delivery of product
*  Support of QA / regulatory initiatives to include product quality monitoring, ISO audits, FDA inspections, product reviews and inventory inspections
*  Cost management initiatives
*  Continuous process improvement

The Head of Operations is a dedicated, hands-on position requiring a leader who can challenge assumptions, develop efficient processes, drive accountability and act as a liaison between internal and external customers.  The successful candidate should be or should have been a success Operations Head with a high growth company in a related field.  Other qualifications include:

*  Bachelor degree in a technical field;  MBA PREFERRED!!!!
*  Ability to support growth initiatives and handle rapid growth
*  Prefer prior experience with outsourced manufacturing (electronic) products
*  Demonstrated ability to implement programs that increase productivity and maintain a high standard of excellence
*  Ability to deliver results
