Accounts Receivable and Collections Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections Clerk to join our accounting team of professionals. This position requires solid collections working knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Apply customer payments
• Contact past due accounts
• Contact designated institutions to obtain credit references
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments and credits
• Calculate payments
Requirements
Qualifications
• Team player
• Must be able to yield results quickly with excellent customer service skills.
• Must have at least two years prior collections experience.
• Proficient computer skills, detailed, quick learner who can provide great customer service
• Excellent oral and written ability.
• This position requires analysis, organization, and consistent follow-up.
