About the Opportunity:

 

 

 

Position Scope/Summary   Inspects material received, finished products, and work in process of fabrication into metal products to ensure conformance with work orders and specifications by performing the following duties.   Key Result Accountabilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   Follows documented procedures, work instructions and work orders to the letter without deviation   Reads and understands simple part drawings, procedures and internal process documentation.   Makes basic mechanical measurements using measurement equipment and other inspection tools.   Completes records of work accomplished.   Keeps appropriate personnel and supervision appraised of work progress, including problems and accomplishments.   Participates in improvement teams and other groups, such as internal audits, as required.   Conducts day to day responsibilities in a highly professional manner and with a high degree of integrity. May be required to interface with customers, corporate personnel and third party auditors as a representative of the Quality Department
