Field Service Engineer 

Founded in 2001, Parata Systems has quickly evolved into a leader in chain and community pharmacy automation. By enlisting industry-leading partners to ensure excellence in manufacturing and service/support, Parata continues to expand to meet growing market demands. Currently, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Green Bay, WI area.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service and problem resolution skills at new and existing client sites. You will provide technical support for our new robotic dispensing system (Parata RDS) ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum uptime by maintaining equipment functionality, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software related problems. The successful candidate will become a technical expert on Parata RDS and will act as a resource for other field service engineers and customers. You must be willing to travel extensively by car for regular customer visits and trade shows and be available for last minute escalations.

To join us for an exciting and challenging future, you must possess the following: Two-year degree (associate’s preferred) in electronics/advanced mechanical/software training with three years’ related industry/equipment experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use tools to perform mechanical work Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and a basic knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 2000, XP and DOS commands) True commitment to customer satisfaction with account management experience Must be a highly responsible professional who can perform work independently with little supervision 30% overnight travel can be expected.
