We are looking for a developer/analyst with outstanding ability to develop software to meet business needs. Requirements: Major Duties and Responsibilities:With their excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, coupled with a passion for delivering high quality software systems, the successful candidate will:- Assist in analyzing business application requirements for functional areas including finance, manufacturing, engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, and human resources.- Develop detailed functional, technical design, and test specifications that fully satisfy business requirements.- Design, code, integrate, test and debug application software.- Assist with user training and third-line support activities as necessary to ensure successful adoption of software systems.- Make recommendations on system changes and enhancements in consultation with business users and IT colleagues.You are a talented programmer analyst with a passion for technology and a belief that innovative, high-quality, business-aligned software systems are instrumental in the success of any enterprise. You have:- Very strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent programming abilities (C# / Java) supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0/2009 in a manufacturing environment.- Strong expertise in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level N-tier applications on the MS .Net MS SQL platforms.- Solid knowledge of modern programming languages, development methodologies (such as RUP or MSF) and tools (IDEs, CASE tools - e.g. MS Team Suite, Sparx EA, Rational Rose) is needed.- Highly experienced with ERP systems (including Financials, Sales Order Fulfillment, Mfg/MRP, HRIS and CRM/SFA applications),- Knowledge of engineering support applications (including PDM/PLM, CAD/CAM software). - Great interpersonal skills, so as to successfully elicit comprehensive and detailed information from subject-matter experts, in both technical and business arenas. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast change and have an ability to adapt quickly and easily.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Enthusiastic attitude and ability to build strong relationships within the company and with external partners.- Experience in a global company, having diverse stakeholders with different languages and cultures, is desirable.- In addition to excellent English, Mandarin or German language skills are very desirable. Equipment Used: PC, telephone, fax, copier equipment and other standard office equipment. Supervisory Responsibility: None expected. Interface: All levels of associates, partners, and vendors.
