Q. A. Inspector

  •At least 1 year experience as a QA Inspector in ship repair, NBPI or significant coatings experience. •Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and formulate inspection plans. •Certification as a Non-Destructive Test examiner Visual, MT and PT to NAVSEA TECHPUB requirements.  If not certified must be able to be certified. •NACE Coatings Inspector or graduate of NAVSEA Basic Paint Course a plus. •Must have the ability to attain the certification through a five day classroom and hands-on training program made available through the company. •Must be able to carry at least 50 pounds, work in a shipboard environment, climb ladders, enter tanks and confined spaces, etc.  • Must be able to gain access to government facilities and obtain a security clearance.
