All new managers-in-training will be afforded a 6-12 month hands-on comprehensive training program (depending on experience) to learn every facet of our operations followed by a profit center assignment. Realistic annual earnings in a profit center assignment is then $80k-$150k plus.
Individuals we seek are “A” players – best in the class.Ideal candidates will be high-energy professionals, friendly and upbeat, experienced in a retail operation with a strong service component and be motivated for success! Prior management experience is preferred. Our sales and service philosophy is based on building relationships based on integrity and trust. We want an individual who will excel in three key areas: team leadership, extreme customer satisfaction and focus on shareholder profitability.
Successful candidates can look forward to complete profit center responsibility, including personnel management, development and mentoring, marketing & promotional events, inventory management, optimizing work flow and ensuring customer relations.
