Full Charge Bookkeeper
Miami Gardens wholesale distributor of food and health/beauty aides is now accepting applications for the position of Full Charge Bookkeeper.
The ideal candidate for this very diverse opportunity must have previous bookkeeping experience and a background that reflects the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Excellent attention to detail, fluency is Spanish and English, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a “roll up the sleeves” attitude are imperative. This small and friendly office needs an individual with a desire to “wear many hats” and pitch in to help where and when assistance is needed in other areas of the company.
Duties for this varied position include but are not limited to:
Handling all aspects of the general ledger
Completing financial reports and statements
Assisting with annual audits
Reconciling bank statements
Processing A/P and A/R
Managing all aspects of collections
Inputting data
Completing special projects as assigned
Providing payroll processing assistance
Keeping inventory and cycle count records on a regular basis
Providing customer service
Qualified candidates must have Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience, outstanding organization and communication skills, and knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise. In addition, a background providing exemplary customer support/service to customers, coworkers, and supervisors is absolutely essential.
