Full Charge Bookkeeper

Miami Gardens wholesale distributor of food and health/beauty aides is now accepting applications for the position of Full Charge Bookkeeper.

 

The ideal candidate for this very diverse opportunity must have previous bookkeeping experience and a background that reflects the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.  Excellent attention to detail, fluency is Spanish and English, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a “roll up the sleevesâ€� attitude are imperative.   This small and friendly office needs an individual with a desire to “wear many hatsâ€� and pitch in to help where and when assistance is needed in other areas of the company.

 

Duties for this varied position include but are not limited to:

 

Handling all aspects of the general ledger

Completing financial reports and statements

Assisting with annual audits

Reconciling bank statements

Processing A/P and A/R

Managing all aspects of collections

Inputting data

Completing special projects as assigned

Providing payroll processing assistance

Keeping inventory and cycle count records on a regular basis

Providing customer service

 

Qualified candidates must have Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience, outstanding organization and communication skills, and knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise.  In addition, a background providing exemplary customer support/service to customers, coworkers, and supervisors is absolutely essential.
