Candidates must be knowledgeable and skilled in reading blueprints and other drawings, as well as cutting and fitting their own work, using various tools as necessary (cutting shears, plasma cutters, band saws, etc.). Two to three years of recent on-the-job mig aluminum welding experience is required.
