Our client in the manufacturing industry currently seeking a solid Accounts Payable Supervisor with 5 years experience. This position is reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager

 

ResponsibilitiesLead, recruit, train, and mentor A/P staff of 4.  Ability to work with team and ability to multi-task in a high volume environmentResponsible for accuracy in coding to GL, expense reporting, and reconciliationsSupervises the accounts payable function including: accurate and timely settlement of vendor invoices; maintenance of accurate reports and records; maintenance of constructive relationships with the Company’s vendors.  Heavy data entry, high volume invoicingCreation and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures; implementation of cash management goals.Work closely with internal customers that include Accounts Payable Manager and Accounting Manager

Requirements:High School graduate or Equivalent College degree in business or accounting field preferredMinimum 5 years experience in  Accounts Payable Minimum 2 years in supervisor role Bilingual in English and Japanese a plusMust be detail orientatedFlexibility with over time as a SupervisorInternational experience a plus
