Candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands on exp. in the operation and maintenance of a shredder for a scrap metal and autos. Job duties include leading a crew of 15 people in the shredder and residue separation operations. Candidate will be someone who gets dirty with his crew and lead by example plus be able to do office management functions. Job dutiesinclude supervision of operations and maintenance personnel,planning production and repairs,improvements,wear parts procurement and spare parts control.
