Working Supervisor/Lead Person
Small Job Shop Manufacturer is seeking hands on working supervisor/lead person with manufacturing experience. This position directly reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include-1. Directing the funcitons of 4 to 8 employees; 2. Maintaining the even flow of product though metalization and inspection areas; 3. Titration of chemical baths; 4. Maintaining and repairing equipment; 5. Troubleshooting of problems; and 6. Communication of issues to all levels of the organization and ability to take action to resolve the issues.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills: 1. Excellent communication skills; 2. Working knowledge of Kaizen and lean manufacturing techniques; 3. Solution oriented; 4. Able to develope team attitude; 5. Ability to think out of the box; 6. Data driven decision maker.
Experience in quality and/or plating processes is a plus.
