WebFocus Consultant
Description
Responsibilities:Candidate will participate on a team responsible for support and enhancement of an intranet-based investment reporting application. Under moderate supervision, the candidate's primary responsibilities will be to develop and modify complex parameterized WebFOCUS reports.
Assignments may include:
Investment, tax accounting or derivative report development FOCUS database optimization and development Database load process optimization Problem investigation
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following:WebFOCUS report development using various output formats including Excel, HTML and PDF Core FOCUS programming including but not limited to Dialogue Manager, FOCUS databases, MODIFY and JOIN Text-based editing of WebFOCUS programs desirable skills: Knowledge of investment and accounting concepts WebFOCUS development tools including Report Caster and Developer Studio Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML) Excel including pivot tables and graphs WebFOCUS Graphs Data warehousing and relational database concepts SQL
