Web Content Administrator
Position Summary:
The Web Content Administrator is under general direction and utilizes knowledge of web content creation, as well as maintains the informational content. This person will develop methods and software necessary to enhance our company's ability to locate data objects, relate content objects to each other and to differentiate them from each other on the websites.This person will participate in the development of home office web services which require content management and/or static content creation.They will develop utilities and HTML templates to be used by application developers to facilitate content development and navigation. They will administer and maintain one or more search engines. They will provide training of web development tools to content providers.This person will recommend availability and access controls. They will identify, prioritize, and support development of our company's web content. Also, they will assist multiple internal departments in providing support and advice to be consistent with the company's overall web presence and remain within stated brand guidelines. This person must possess excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to be an effective team member, as well as 3+ years of experience with HTML and Flash technologies. Writing samples may be requested for all interested candidates. Corporate experience is preferred.
