Warranty Claims Processor

WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESSOR

 

 

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

·         Processing warranty labor claims and credit memos for part returns on daily basis

·         Mailing checks received from accounts payables for warranties

·         Inputting parts and labor credits into MAS90 system

·         Maintaining a check and credit memo log for labor payments and part replacement orders

·         Maintaining weekly warranty claims report

 

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma

·         Computer knowledge, proficient in word, excel and outlook

·         Customer Service experience

·         Prefer person knowledgeable in MAS90 but not required

·         Strong personality and team player
