Job Focus:

 To oversee all functions of warehouse and fulfillment management and administration Build and maintain solid business relationships with our 3PL partnersReview, improve and report the periodical inventory results Manage all business assets and monitor risk/safety performance results including our external 3PL relationships Implement organizational best practices Develop work processes that deliver continuous improvement in the departmentBuild relationships with suppliers and vendors nationwide Complete and deliver timely and accurate performance appraisals Utilize financial models and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity Develop and implement process changes that support business operating goals Maintain quality controls and develop good client relations Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in business (preferably) or equivalent Five (5) years of  inventory control and fulfillment experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access. Demonstrate commitment, pride, and integrity in a team-centric environment Strong client service orientation with great attention to detail Timely and accurate delivery of projects Ambitious self-starter with get-it-done attitude who strives for results Utilize sound business judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Knowledge of accounting principles Knowledge of internal control structures and financial analysis; Experience in Great Plains (in terms of their inventory module); Monitor and manage critical business processes Perform other duties and participate in special projects as required; Ability to lead budgeting and business planning processes;Work with our internal teams to create tight re-ordering schedules based upon absolutely inventory control (AIO).
