Warehouse Supervisor

Our North American Distribution Center in Carol Stream, Illinois is currently seeking a first shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all shipping and receiving functions and coordination with off-site storage locations. Will coach, lead, and train employees in proper procedures with a strong dedication to employee motivation, encouragement and moral building. Will schedule inbound and outbound trucks and assure proper manpower is at hand. Must be capable of working with radio frequency and bar code systems.Job Requirements:*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills *Must be flexible in an ever-changing environment *Be able to motivate, coach and lead other employees by example. *Bachelors' degree preferred or 5 years experience in related or equivalent operation. *Must have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and be able to utilize AS400 user menus and options, WMS a plus *Should demonstrate problem solving and communication skills
