Experience is floor supervision of hourly staff 30 + hourly employees Computer experience, Microsoft word, excel, outlook express Some data entry experience Ability to Multi-task, prioritize workload, provide direction to staff to complete tasks Identify areas for improvement Warehouse Safety background and knowledge Knowledge and background in a pick/pack operation and it#s inner workings Flexible to work any shift as dictated by business needs (understanding that we will identify one shift they will be working, just to be flexible if needed) Clear communicator with the ability to provide detailed instructions to hourly staff members to complete tasks.
