Value Engineer, Product Engineering: drive improvements to market-leading products

Black & Decker's Hardware and Home Improvement division is home to market leaders Kwikset and Price Pfister and our engineering team is continually pushing the frontiers of design excellence to drive improvements to our products.

We're seeking a high-impact player who can serve as the bridge between two key groups: you'll start out in our Sustaining Engineering group, gain valuable design experience and then translate that expertise to our Value Engineering group as you identify new opportunities for pushing our lock and faucet products to the next level. Along the way, you'll be exposed to a truly global, high-volume manufacturing operation that is among the best in the world and interact with cross-functional groups including Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing & Quality.
