Requirements for success: You are an expert in database marketing and have been in an executive position for at least 5 years. You possess exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to mentor and develop a highly skilled management team. You are exceptionally organized, with particular attention to detail. You can manage cross functionally and continually deliver superior results.  You are results driven and can work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects while continually growing the business.
