VP - Customer Relationship Marketing
Are you an entrepreneurial, action oriented and results driven senior executive with a strong database marketing background coupled with the ability to develop contact strategy? Are you a strong leader who can engage his/her staff and develop a customer centric analytical team? Our client, a world class global company with strong growth is seeking an industry leader in database marketing to be accountable for profitably regulating customer contact, appropriately customizing the offer, and positioning those contacts.
Requirements for success: You are an expert in database marketing and have been in an executive position for at least 5 years. You possess exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to mentor and develop a highly skilled management team. You are exceptionally organized, with particular attention to detail. You can manage cross functionally and continually deliver superior results. You are results driven and can work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects while continually growing the business. You have multi-million dollar P&L experience.
