Job Description:
Spectraforce is seeking qualified and driven candidates for the position of VP Business Development for the Northeast, Mid-West and West Regions. We are seeking, polished, professional rainmakers who have demonstrated success in penetrating new business and pursuing opportunities with mid- to large-size organizations. We recognize the value of individuals who can communicate a strategic client plan and lead development of strategies to identify new business opportunities. We greatly reward those who meet and exceed sales expectations and value our sales team as a major driving force of success. You must have a proven record of success and excellent networking skills.
Profile/Skills:
5 to 10 years experience in the IT or Scientific and Clinical Staffing Industries.
Developing detailed sales plans in conjunction with Sr. Vice President, Staffing Services.
Driving business opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Sourcing and identifying open staffing / job opportunities across our existing client base and new clients.
Functional/Industry Knowledge (/Scientific/Clinical/Engineering), primarily Staff Augmentation and Contracting.
Coordinating sales efforts with client Service Managers, Recruitment and Support teams.
Solid Customer Relationship and Business Management skills.
Applicants must be driven, dynamic, energetic, and have excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be detail-oriented with an ability and desire to excel and exceed sales plans
This position requires a high-level of daily activity to achieve your goals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
Compensation:
Spectraforce offers an attractive compensation plan, consisting of a base salary and an aggressive commission plan that rewards new and high margin business.
