Underground Mining Supervisor - Directing and monitoring a unionized workforce in the blasting, drilling and crushing functions of an underground limestone mine with the goal of optimizing product quality and productivity;- Ensuring compliance with environmental standards, MSHA requirements and federal, state, and local agency laws;- Following Cemex's safety program by promoting safe working practices, identifying conditions and exposures and accident reporting and investigation.- BS in mining or civil engineering or related degree;- Previous experience in mining industry with a preference for experience in underground mining; - PA Mine Foreman's License or possess the ability to pass the exam for the Mine Foreman's License;- General knowledge and/or experience with supervisory principles and practices.
