Company in the city of Van Nuys is looking for a Turret and /or Laser operator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Set up Turret and/or Laser. Operate Turret and/or Laser, loading and unloading material, as necessary. Performs secondary finishing requirements such as grinding, tapping, deburring, Able to trouble shoot programs, flat blanks, and edit programs, etc. Checks part quality periodically per quality plan. Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data of part to determine dimension, configuration of parts, and selection of tools. Produces parts according to job card quantity requirements Capable of understanding process and initiating process improvement. Maintains work area clean and orderly Packs parts according to job card requirements Has the ability to learn basic Blue Print reading skills Works safely and abides by all safety rules Has the ability to learn to use micrometers, calipers, and other quality measuring devices Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work to ensure customer satisfaction. ______________________________________________________ Need flexibility in your work schedule?
