Treasury Analyst

OVERVIEW:The primary responsibility of the Treasury Analyst will be to determine the daily cash position of the Company and movement of funds to optimize the Company's liquidity. This position will report directly to the Treasury Manager.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for daily cash balances in approximately 100 North American (US, Canada, & Mexico) bank accounts, ranging from USD 10 million to USD 500 million daily Systems* Daily cash management for the US, Canadian and Mexican cash pools* Accountable for daily debt and investment transactions for North America* Determination and initiation of daily debt or investment activities* Maintenance of records for all cash transactions within the US, Canadian and Mexican Cash Management * Responsible for ledger accounting for North American cash and debt transactions* Daily operation of the Treasury Workstation (pull and analyze bank reports for approximately 100 bank accounts, ensure that all transactions are properly booked and accounted for)* Responsibile for maintaining and upgrading Treasury Workstation* Collect data, analyze and prepare monthly cash forecast for the US and Canada* Work closely with banks on the preparation of opening and closing bank account documentation as well as updating signatories as needed* Assist with maintenance and updating of Treasury Bank Information Reporting Database (TBIRD)* Provide support as required on Cash Management and Treasury projects* Assist with SOX compliance and Audit requests as neededEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:* 1-2 years prior Cash Management experience* Experience working with Treasury Workstation and online bank systems* Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is preferred* Skilled in the use of Word and Excel, detail oriented, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
