An exemplary salary and benefits package is offered for an individual with experience in precision tooling and machining with demonstrated experience in lathe machining. This position offers many opportunities to advance into upper management positions.The position has opportunity on all 4 shifts. Work a 36 hour weekend shift and get paid for 40 hours. You will work closely with the R & D team on machining of new and advanced products. The individual in this position will be able to be recognized for their ideas and their contributions. The ideal candidate will be capable of laying out and tool checking new jobs to include developing process, designing tools, order tools, set up and operation of milling machines. Must be able to communicate effectively and have an interest in advancing within the organization. Must be strong in problem solving and conflict resolution Able to promote good morale while promoting high quality and production Two years addition technical school education in machining is desired.
