Tig Welder 6G · Develop weld procedures, optimize existing procedures· Ensure conformance to all engineering and quality requirements· Transfer programs between machines, both AMI and Jetline· Troubleshoot programs and determine corrective action· Train welders and welder operators· Understand visual inspection requirements of weld characteristics· Able to detect, analyze, and correct non-conformances· Knowledge of use and location of comp cards and TMD’s· Manual Welding Certified to EN287, NAS410 or equivalent· Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: Â· High School Diploma or GED· May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.· Utilize good verbal and written communication skills· A minimum of 2-3 years experience in manual TIG welding· Additional experience with semi-automatic/orbital welders preferred· Must successfully pass the EN-288 welding tests· Must exhibit professional behavior and attitude, technically and personally, in all aspects of the work environment and demonstrate respect for all others at all times· Ability to read, write and understand instructions, procedures, drawings and blueprints· Must possess a high level of manual dexterity, sound and reliable judgment and a willingness to learn· Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills· Ability to accurately perform moderately complex mathematical calculations· Ability to learn/perform basic computer operations· Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player  Job Requirements: Job Code : 63086667 Division/Department : Parker Hannifin
