About SRS EnergySolar Roofing Systems (“SRS Energy�) designs, manufactures and markets residential roofs that look and perform like conventional roofs, but also generate energy from the sun using photovoltaics (“PV�).SRS Energy designs and manufacturers photovoltaic roofing systems that fuse solar innovation with sophisticated aesthetic appeal. POSITION SUMMARY: The Testing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product testing, code approvals, and quality systems during pilot production.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities• Work with product development to understand and establish appropriate accelerated lifetime tests. • Manage outside testing resources and build up appropriate internal resources• Coordinate all aspects of building code tests • Manage product through agency approval process• Run quality function during initial production runs RequirementsBachelors degree or higher in suitable discipline with 5+ years experience. Background in product development and manufacturing. Experience with product testing. Strong communication and project management skills. Desire to work in a fast paced team environment.
