Position Description:
About SRS EnergySolar Roofing Systems (“SRS Energy”) designs, manufactures and markets residential roofs that look and perform like conventional roofs, but also generate energy from the sun using photovoltaics (“PV”).SRS Energy designs and manufacturers photovoltaic roofing systems that fuse solar innovation with sophisticated aesthetic appeal. POSITION SUMMARY: The Testing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product testing, code approvals, and quality systems during pilot production.
Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities• Work with product development to understand and establish appropriate accelerated lifetime tests. • Manage outside testing resources and build up appropriate internal resources• Coordinate all aspects of building code tests • Manage product through agency approval process• Run quality function during initial production runs RequirementsBachelors degree or higher in suitable discipline with 5+ years experience. Background in product development and manufacturing. Experience with product testing. Strong communication and project management skills. Desire to work in a fast paced team environment.
