SUMMARY The ideal candidate will have quality assurance or visual inspection experience. The person must be experienced using a microscope and multimeter.  The candidate will be responsible for set up and break down of the Westar tester for various products. That person will run various tests and visuals inspections on different product lines. The candidate will be responsible to operate the ESS chambers. The candidate will follow flowtags and write squawks. The candidate must troubleshoot product, supporting machinery and cable.



 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (E) Visual inspection 70%;  (E) Data entry 10%;  (E) ESS 5%;  (E) Troubleshooting 15%. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE  The ideal candidate will possess an  Associates  in Electronics Technology or will be working toward that degree.

 WORK ENVIRONMENT Second Shift: 2:00pm to 12:00am / M-Thurs.

 

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee needs to be able to see and read a computer monitor and documents.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.  Occasional overtime, including weekends, may be required.
