The company has two office locations in Houston & Portland with 4 distribution warehouses across the country.

 

Position Description:

 

The Territory Sales Representative will work out of the Houston office and will market Mighty Lift products to lift truck dealers, material handling distributors, major OEM and National Accounts in TX and LA. Territory can be expanded based on performance.  Compensation will include a base salary+ bonus.

 

Responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining and growing existing accounts in the material handling, lift truck and warehousing industries.

* Building new accounts in the material handling, lift truck and warehousing industries

* Generating new leads through telephone contacts, face-to-face meeting, cold calls, Internet research, trade shows, and participation in local trade organizations

* Introducing new products and services to the marketplace

* Participation in regional and national trade shows as required by the company

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

* High school diploma, College degree preferred

* 2+ years experience in B2B sales in industrial/material handling field

* A strong work ethic, integrity and team player

* Self starter with burning desire to be successful

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Track record with demonstrated ability to “close the sale�

* Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
