Roscoe Culvert, a Division of Roscoe Steel & Culvert Company, is seeking a highly motivated sales professional. This "road warrior" will be an essential team member within the Culvert business unit (BU). The Sales Professional will be accountable for 1) outside sales business development, at the direction of the BU Sales Manager, and 2) direct customer contact in support of sales opportunities, including account management and relationship building with new and existing customers.

 

The Territory Manager will report to the BU sales manager. The Territory Manager is part of a 15-person sales and customer service team, and will spend most of their time out of the office, meeting face-to-face with regional customers and potential customers. 60%-80% overnight travel is expected. Opportunities for professional growth and contribution is limitless within the Company.

 

This opportunity can be supported from a Western Montana or Eastern Idaho location with an ideal, central point being Missoula, Montana. Relocation expenses can be negotiated if a relocation is required.

 

The following list of duties and responsibilities provide a framework for the position; however, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned:

  Identify market niches that provide incremental growth opportunities. Work with the BU Sales Manager to plan and implement tactics that maximize revenue and gross margin results. Provide timely account feedback that tracks the results of outside sales activities, and prepare and manage multi-week forward itinerary and results planning. Interface as a team member with other Roscoe facilities and business units to support company-wide objectives. Attend, generate and present sales-oriented seminars and classes in support of Roscoe sales growth. Support regional and national trade venues such as conferences, tradeshows, product exhibitions, and customer-group conventions.
