| E-Mail This Job | View Our Company Profile   Pay is $16.25/hour plus shift differential. Shift Time is Sunday through Thursday: 10pm to 6:30am. The purpose of this position is to test, analyze, repair, maintain and install electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure the continued operation of the facility. Operate, test, repair, analyze and maintain the performance of all material handling equipment (RSS, Conveyors, Crisplant, etc.), UPS/battery system, diesel generators, compressors, and batteries used in the facility Operate all facility vehicles (i.e.; RC trucks, fork lifts, pallet riders, hostler, golf carts, turret trucks and maintenance lifts) Perform preventative maintenance on company equipment. Maintain, read, and work from drawings, blueprints & schematics to assemble/troubleshoot or repair various machinery/equipment Perform electro-mechanic installations and repairs for solenoid air operated control valves, relayed controlled switchgear, solenoid controlled hydraulic valves, clutches, brakes and their related components Adhere to general, equipment and departmental safety rules Follow established ergonomic body mechanics Basic QualificationsAssociate's degree in mechanical or electrical technology (5+ years of on-the-job experience in mechanical or electrical technology may be substituted for a degree) High school diploma or GED is required Ability to move equipment weighing approximately 60 lbs. and be able to work at heights of 55 feet in close quarters Ability to work in areas of varying temperatures Ability to be mobile 80 to 100% of the workday to cover all areas of warehouse (main floor, mezzanines, inside and outside areas of the building and property) Ability to work different shifts as needed to accommodate workload Additional QualificationsAbility to provide, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions Proficiency with mathematical calculations using subtraction, addition, division, multiplication, fractions, geometry, algebra and statistics Ability to operate and be licensed yearly on all moving equipment (turret truck, pallet rider, RC truck, forklifts, golf carts and shop lift) Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate good time management skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work effectively with others in a cooperative, team oriented environment
