You will unleash the potential of your talents as never before.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for US and global Power Generation (PG) distributor trainers- Work with subject matter experts (SME) from Engineering, Service and Marketing for product definition, resulting in SME approval- Support new product launch teams (VPI) with training related program requirements, resource plans, schedules and program status and on occasion, act as the Customer Care Team Leader- Deliver classroom training to qualify regional and distributor trainers which results in a Qualify the Qualifier (QTQ) training environment within distributors and dealers- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through design and development of evaluation tools, questionnaires, survey forms, needs assessment and needs analysis- Evaluate training effectiveness from regional and distributor trainers on content, sequence of training programs and certification programs- Manage external resources for tools development, translations, project development and project management - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required - or related degree with equivalent engineering experience.- A minimum of 2 years related experience required with preferred educational requirements- MS Office Proficient- Adobe Proficient- Electronic Publishing Skills- Technical Writing Skills- Training Delivery Skills- Organizational Skills- Bilingual a plusBenefits/Company information:Explore superior growth opportunities and enjoy progressive advantages like our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, stock options, Domestic Partners coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
