Technical Sales Representative (TSR)

In this outside sales role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing major end user accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

 

You will also be responsible for developing a strategy for servicing, establishing and maintaining high value distribution partners in the territory.

 

You will be the go to technical sales professional in the field. End users and distributors will rely on you for product and application expertise.

 

You must have a successful track record with the following:

 Ability to prospect and secure new appointments Identify sales opportunities and follow a sales process from beginning to close Solution selling – identifying customer challenges and positioning your products to best solve those problems Negotiation skills Distribution management – getting distribution to buy into key initiatives and become true partners with common goals Ability to demonstrate products and perform in field testing of your products vs. competitive products Proven track record of dynamic growth in previous territory assignments
