Tech Service Technician
Prepare Repair Orders and RMA paperwork. Determine warranty status on Customer product. Advise customers of status. Evaluate repairs, rework and tear down controls. Package completed repairs for shipment. Communicate consistent product failures and trends to Customer Service Supervisor. Assists Technical Service Reps with customer questions regarding technical installation, wiring application and troubleshooting. Must have basic electrical trouble shooting skills and ability to read schematics/circuitry. Basic understanding of pool & spa components a plus. Quick learner with minimal supervision. Type 35-40 wpm, computer input and word processing. Fluent English and legible handwriting. Flexible to change.
