Team Manager

Team Manager manages and directs the Universities/Research and the Hospital/Physician Office customer relations teams to achieve company goals. Evaluates, proposes and implements management approved techniques to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Handles some key customer accounts and acts as a link between teams and upper management. Supervises and directs a minimum of 8 to 10 people. Overnight travel involved. BS in Life Sciences with a background in research technology is required. PHD preferred. 5 to 10 years technical and or customer relations experience in a laboratory or related market.
