Team Leader

Mentors and supervises his/her direct reports. Responsible for assigning daily workloads to his/her direct reports while providing guidance to insure that work is completed in a professional and timely manner. Insures that company policy and practices are disseminated to and followed. Provides on-the-job training. Other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned. Must have experience in quality and logistics operations. Must have complete knowledge of inspection techniques, tools and industry specifications. Must be able to read blue prints. Must be able to interpret geometric tolerance and understand industry specifications. Must be trained and have experience in the various aspects of quality control. Must have a bachelors degree in the related manufacturing field or 10 years practical experience.
