PART TIME HOURS - MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 am - 1:30 pmThis is a supervisory role requiring strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.Duties include:* Schedule testing using Microsoft Outlook* Communicate daily updates to Taste Testers and Panel Leaders* Track and facilitate time-off requests* Validate and approve weekly timesheets*Address personnel questions/issues* Interpret data and enter into their Laboratory software* Compile taste testing assessmentsQualifications:Musts: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 1-3 years of supervisory experience performing administrative duties combined with excellent customer service skills.  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookPrefer:  A Bachelors degree in Business or related field   Company: System One Location: Hershey, PA 17033 Salary: 16.00 - 18.00 USD /hour Status: Part Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education: High School or equivalent Company: System One
