Talent Analytics and Solutions Manager Position Summary:Building and managing the analytics and solutions practices in a growing global organization, establishing policies, guidelines and standards, establishing measurements and reporting mechanisms, and a global network of vendors. This individual will serve as a program manager and internal consultant for employee feedback & retention programs, performance management systems, workforce planning & succession planning, and employee testing & assessment. The projects span in scope from the initial design and development phase to on-going program management and evaluation. Duties will require collaboration with global and cross-functional teams to successfully implement initiatives in a timely and successful manner. Scope/Supervision and Interaction:____ Has Direct Reports _X_ Does Not Have Direct ReportsEssential Functions:Global Employee SurveyLead the Global Employee Survey program, actively working to create a culture that embraces employee surveys while ensuring operational excellence in survey administration, report generation, and action planning. Global Exit Interview ProgramManage the Global Exit Interview program, designed to identify the leading causes for turnover in our core employee groups. Assess and clearly communicate the linkage between employee’s turnover and service and financial performance metrics. Global Performance Management SystemManage continuous improvements/enhancements. Ensure internal client’s needs are being met relative to the performance management system. This could include the development of competency models, performance evaluations, or strategy deployment methods and techniques. Responsible for development and reporting of organization-wide performance metrics to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy of the performance management system as well as to identify opportunities for enhancements.Global Testing & Assessment StrategyManage the talent assessment strategy for the company to include a variety of methods/approaches for the executive, middle manager and pipeline talent on a global scale. This will include the necessary communication, training, and follow-up activities to ensure strategy is deployed effectively. The role will also determine, implement, and track key metrics associated with a successful testing and assessment strategy.Global Workforce PlanningResponsible for workforce planning programs to effectively enable the human capital review process. Qualifications:Position RequirementsWell developed business acumen combined with strong analytical skills. Expertise in assessment strategy, process design, research, measurement and validation. Includes knowledge and experience with formal assessment methodologies for development and selection including behavioral interviewing techniques, assessment centers and testing instruments.Excellent project management skills, to include setting priorities and measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results. Ability to assume role as project lead and manage the entire change process. Collaborates with others to communicate detailed project plans identifying roles, required resources, project milestones and potential risks.Change management skills - Assist senior business and HR executives in the effective deployment of new processes and tools by providing overall change management support, assisting in the communication of organizational goals, system benefits, working with others to identify and remove barriers to success, tracking and sharing critical information. Ability to balance the need for change and advancement with a sense of stability and structure.Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members, internal clients and external vendors; and ability to influence change through these relationships.Ability to work in a deadline-driven and matrixed environment - establishing goals and delivering against the objectives of assignments to meet time, budget and quality criteria. QualificationsQualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. Master's degree or PhD in Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or closely related field is strongly preferred.A minimum of five years of applied experience in the area of organizational development, particularly with talent management, talent acquisition, and employee testing and assessment.
