We are seeking talented sales professionals with at least 2 to 3 years of documentated sales experience to join our NovaSure sales force as Surgical Sales Specialists.This role is primarily responsible for providing field level support to physicians and other clinical professionals who desire to utilize the NovaSureTM System. This responsibility will require extensive travel and extended stays in a field based territory. The Surgical Sales Specialist (SSS) will use this time with these customers to provide product technical support in surgery, in accordance with company policy. They will also inservice surgeons and nurses on the NovaSure technology, build relationships with our customers and become skilled at selling the NovaSure System. Target customers will include physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, office staff, sales personnel and others whose responsibilities may require the need for knowledgeable support of the NovaSure System.This role requires the ability to travel up to 100% (overnight travel).  Candidates can be based in anywhere in the Eastern region of the United States and will work out of their own home office.As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team the SSS will execute field level surgical case support and professional training plans that will help the sales region and company achieve their annual sales targets. This individual will work closely with Field Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs in the planning and execution of this support. Primary Responsibilities:* Coordinate with field sales the logistics, timing, duration, strategy and execution of field level customer training and technical support of Novasure system in clinical cases.* Work with sales management in prioritizing targeted customers, Novasure cases and training events.* Support the development of regional physician proctors to help with formal and informal training activities.* Conduct training and inservicing for hospital, outpatient and ambulatory surgery support personnel.* Support the development of regional centers of excellence and work with Medical Affairs and Marketing on the execution of territory physician training seminars. * Provide support for regional marketing events, conventions and symposia.* As a Marketing support specialist, the SSS will help with the development and execution of the following types of programs: Physician Training Seminars Sales demos and presentations Sales Training Schools Physician and hospital proforma's NovasureTM Outreach and Patient Symposiums Meetings and Conventions

Education: B.S. degree or B.A degree preferred. MBA is a plus.Experience: Successful, documented sales experience of at least 2 to 3 years. Passion for our business and a high energy level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective oral and written communication skills Experienced in working in a team environment, especially with sales people Good judgment and maturity Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to travel extensively (up to 100% travel)* Self-starter, takes initiative and can work alone or in a group. Can manage and meet required commitments and deadlines. Can effectively manage multiple projects at one time. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and a working proficiency in the use of Microsoft* Office and Outlook. Excellent knowledge base and working experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
