As well as manage personnel, processes and performance of the purchasing, material planning, stockroom, hazmat, shipping & receiving. Those with direct experience need only to apply. You will also reduce inventory, lead the development of the annual Operating Plan (AOP) for materials and drive continuous improvement in the supply base and implement improvements to insure plan is met. Insure compliance with all the applicable federal, state and local laws and requirements pertaining to materials and material handling. Manage the day to day activities of the personnel in the department. Design and implement professional development programs aimed at elevating employees’ skill set & knowledge. Experience Needed:7 years experience. BS/BA or equivalent education required, MBA desired knowledge of ITAR procurement requirements. Strong negotiation & contract management skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
