Supplier Product Process Collaboration CoordinatorDescription: Are you interested in working for Volt on assignment at a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, engines and turbines? We are seeking candidates for a variety of Volt positions onsite at Caterpillar's facility located in Aurora, IL. These positions will range in skill level and duration. This role is referred to as a Supplier Product Process Collaboration Coordinator(SPPC Coordinator). This individual will work with many different groups on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. The role will require the candidate to attend and lead meetings effectively by communicating updates/changes, update spreadsheets, insure all required steps are complete. The candidate will also need to work with suppliers to verify lead times, lead and schedule collaboration meetings with suppliers and process partners. Requirements: Candidates must be very self-driven, display strong initiative and be a real 'go getter'. This individual must be a quick learner and be able to adapt easily to change. Strong attention to detail and possessing a sense of urgency is also required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are key in this role. This individual must be able to lead meetings, conduct presentations and speak effectively and professionally to many different audiences. Strong computer skills are required(MS Excel, Power Point). An Industrial Technology or similar degree is preferred.
