Supplier Call (972)509-5590Description: Support regular reporting including monthly budget & forecast.Responsible for setting targets and deliverables defined by Manager. Follow and adhere to sourcing policies & Operating Procedures. Support implementation and participate in category led sourcing initiatives. Identify and communicate potential local and global alternative suppliers products/offerings to Sourcing Manager. Analyze local demand and local supply markets. Issue and manage purchase orders. Responsible for defined section of local spend and supplier relationships. In charge of sourcing of the defined material & components. Participate in supplier negotiations & selections. Define and issue RFP/RFQ's and review offers. Participate in supplier audits/visits, development of Frame Agreement and Quality Annex. Responsible for defined material cost in price list and maintenance of the price list and SAP updates. Take action as necessary to implement Corrective Actions. Perform cross unit support. Success in building strategic partnerships and managing change. Demonstrated Supply Chain Management and Supplier Development skills. ERP/SAP software experience highly desired. 5+ years related experience in supply management/purchasing. ISM, APP or CPM certification preferred.
