Supervisor

 

Supervisors are responsible for:Directing and implementing cell activities required to assure the continuation of quality improvement by reducing scrap, rejections and customer complaints.Demonstrating effective use of interaction management skills in dealing with employees.Responsible for safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics within the manufacturing cell.Maintains a cross-trained work force consistent with production level requirements and coordinates new operator training.



Qualified candidates for Supervisor will posses:A minimum of an associates degreeMinimum of 3-5 years supervision experience in a manufacturing environmentExposure to lean manufacturing principles highly desirableExcellent communication skillsAbility to delegate and motivateAbility to work a variety of shifts
