We are currently seeking for a Production Supervisor


Job description:

Working supervisor, specifically on CNC mills and lathes.  

Responsible for first-line direction of non-exempt employees involved in production, assembly or fabrication operation.

Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.

Coordinate with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules and productivity.

Manage the day-to day workflow of subordinate non-exempt employees.

Qualifications:

Requires 4 years of experience;

Strong knowledge of CNC operations;

Minimum of 1-2 years of production leadership experience (supervisor, foreman etc).

Be able to set-up and run CNC machines and perform 1st article inspection.

CNC programming / editing experience a plus.

Overtime may be required

Is frequently required to walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The position requires also standing for a long period of time, bending, stooping, climbing and lifting.
