Position Description:

Job Goals: Provides safe supervision and coordination of varied multiple activities to ensure the production of high performance products with the quality, delivery, and cost to meet customer's requirements. Responsible for daily supervision of department personnel and local project managementEducation, Skills and Requirements:•Minimum 2 year technical degree,BachelorsDegree preferred.•5+ years of Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.•Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or Focused Factory experience required.•Must be independent, safety, quality and cost conscious, with skills in leadership and team building•Excellent organizational skills•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:1. Supervise safe daily activites of subordinates on respective shifts.2. Monitor and react to established performance indicators, including: budget variances, production, quality and safety metrics3. Meet on time customer delivery target4. Provide effective set-up and troubleshooting services5. Accurate payroll hours and labor and material reporting6. Responsible for coordination and extensive contact with other production areas as well as engineering disciplines including production planning, manufacturing engineering, quality control and product engineering.
